The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing email marketing campaigns across various projects within the Naylor Association Solutions portfolio. They will work closely with project stakeholders to develop targeted email strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue. Responsibilities include email campaign planning, content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization.

• • Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with project goals and objectives (sales emails, digital edition emails, product awareness emails, etc.).
  • Create engaging email content, including copywriting, design, and layout.
  • Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behavior, and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
  • Utilize email marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.
